almost got stuck when the ice melted and I realized I couldn't lift my weight with one arm to undo the carbiner with the other hand... luckily I was able to lift myself up standing on the bed frame...

aan kystimmer : leather suspension harness I found on ebay.. from a seller in Pakistan... has padding for hips, under legs and shoulders.. was fairly comfy... bit of digging in the thighs with my weight all on them.. and thanks, glad you enjoyed the video.
