Dear Friends,

We are pleased to announce a new feature to our site. From now on, you can upload animated GIF files!

We have also added a new Category in Pictures called "Animated GIFs" where you can browse and enjoy the content other users have uploaded.

GIF files are now supported

The upload process in relatively simple. Just switch on GIFs tab on the picture upload.

We hope that this new addition to xHamster will bring a lot of excitetment and joy in our community.

Can you add a checkbox to the picture search filer so that I can filter by Animated GIFs? Right now, I can either just view the Animated GIFs page, which will just show me the latest, or I can do a general picture search with no filters selected, which will include GIFs but also every other kind of picture.

aan CelebVids : Yeah, I had the same thing happening, with short clips. Not talking about GIFs, as even GIFs are a pain to upload and have it reviewed and get public. It's becoming more and more like Youtube, here, as far as videos goes. But then again, xHamster have to sponsor their own partners, like Vivid, German Goo Girls, and many others, much like Youtube does with Warner Music, Universal, etc... So, i'm not that surprised, considering that from our contributions, only very little comes back to the pockets of xHamster. And if it does, is only traffic to the site and that's all.
Tumblr, Google Drive, Photobucket, personal FTP servers FTW. Too bad there's not the possibility to embed videos from those sites.

I'm not wasting my time anymore here trying to upload videos. Change your stupid old fashioned rules. Watermarks mimimi, Copyright mimimi... xHamster sucks more and more
